Refund Process

Notify us within 7 days via phone, email, or social media with your order number and reason for refund.
Step 2 – Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. Do not return items without authorization.
Step 3 – Return the Product:
Ship the item in original condition with tags attached. Customer bears return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Step 4 – Inspection:
We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt to verify condition and eligibility.
Step 5 – Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through your original payment method.
Refund Methods
– bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Direct transfer to your mobile wallet
– Bank Transfer: Refund to your provided bank account
– Cash Payment: Bank transfer or mobile financial service transfer
– Store Credit: Optional alternative for faster processing
We do not charge any processing fees or deduct interest, maintaining halal business practices.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

Defective or Damaged Products
