Product Information and Pricing
All products are described and photographed to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, orders already placed will honor the agreed-upon price at the time of purchase.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, customers will be notified within 24-48 hours and offered a refund or alternative product.
Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through our physical store, website, or authorized social media channels. We accept cash, bank transfers, bKash, Nagad, and other mobile financial services compliant with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Payment must be completed before product delivery unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We do not engage in interest-based transactions (riba) in accordance with Islamic principles.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timeframes vary based on location within Bangladesh. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days for Dhaka and 5-10 business days for outside Dhaka.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Customers will be informed of shipping costs before order confirmation.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Valid reasons for return include manufacturing defects, wrong size delivery, or significant color variation from product images. Returns due to customer preference may be subject to restocking fees.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. For cash purchases, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or mobile financial services.
We do not charge any additional fees or interest on refunds, maintaining compliance with halal business practices.

All products meet quality standards and are sourced through ethical supply chains. We ensure our business practices align with Islamic principles, avoiding any involvement in haram (prohibited) activities.

Limitation of Liability
Conquerfit is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, washing, or care of products beyond manufacturer guidelines. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions will first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation in good faith, following Islamic principles of fairness (adl) and reconciliation (sulh).
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled according to the laws of Bangladesh through appropriate legal channels.
Modification of Terms
Conquerfit reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and social media channels. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
